Membership at Temple Beth El is about cultivating a connected, proud, and meaningful Jewish community. The Temple is committed to keeping membership accessible to all while embracing and supporting a sustainable future. If you are unable to contribute at the Base Commitment level, please fill out this form. It will be reviewed in a confidential manner by a small group of congregants. No one in the group will know your name or contact information.

*A security fee of $200 will be assessed to each membership.

Commitment level is based on the oldest member of your household. 
(RS tuition per child is $725 for grades K-2/Sheva and $875 for grades 3-6)
(Hebrew High tuition is $650 for the entire year)
The total B'nei Mitzvah fee is $1365 for BM year 24/25 and $1465 for BM year 25/26 and 26/27. The fee is due in 3 payments: July before 5th grade ($200), July before 6th grade ($500/$600), and July before 7th grade ($665). Please include here just the amount due for your child's current grade year.
Base commitment (+security fee), plus Religious School, Hebrew High, and/or B'nei Mitzvah if any apply.

As a dedicated member of our Temple Beth El family, I acknowledge the importance of aligning my commitments with my ability to give and my level of participation, including involvement in Religious School and B'nei Mitzvah activities, or as requested by our Temple. This ensures that my contributions reflect both my engagement and the evolving needs of our community.

I recognize that fulfilling my past financial obligations (unpaid dues or other outstanding fees) is a requirement for holding life cycle events such as baby namings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, and funerals at Temple Beth El. This commitment allows us all to celebrate and support each other during these pivotal moments.

I respect the confidentiality of the financial review process. Personal details such as names, addresses, or contact information are kept confidential by the temple staff and the review process. I will uphold this trust by not disclosing details of my adjusted commitment, honoring the privacy and integrity essential to our community.

I affirm the accuracy of all information provided in this application and will promptly inform the TBE staff of any significant changes to maintain transparency and trust within our Temple community.

I commit to staying current with my financial responsibilities as adjusted, including addressing any prior balances. This dedication supports the vibrant and sacred work of our Temple Beth El community, ensuring we continue to thrive and serve one another with compassion and respect.
