They shock us; they shake us; they compel us to change. We cannot escape life’s interruptions - and there has been no larger disruption than the pandemic. What happens when the dynamics in our world interrupt our lives and our plans? The prophet Jonah struggled with God’s intrusions and the responsibility that God gave him. How do we, like Jonah, struggle with the obligation that comes with big and small decisions? Dive into the study of Jonah with Rabbi Knight. The traditional Yom Kippur afternoon text will help us discover how an interruption may also be an invitation to living a life of depth, meaning, and purpose.
