Sunday Stumpers is our monthly opportunity for Religious School parents to come together to discuss different topics around parenting and Judaism. This month’s Sunday Stumpers will focus on “Raising Kids who Give Back.” We hope that our children will grow up to be active members of their community and help to make the world a better place. But how do we foster in them a commitment to helping others? How can we involve them in experiences now that will show them the value of giving their time and resources to important causes? Nicole Sidman, TBE’s Director of Congregational Life, will lead our program, bringing together examples of activities that families have found successful and facilitating a discussion where parents can share ideas and talk through challenges. We are excited that this session will be followed the next Sunday by TBE’s Mitzvah Market, giving families an opportunity to learn about local volunteer projects. 

This will be a casual gathering over coffee and bagels. Bring ideas to share! Sunday Stumpers is free of charge, but please register so we can provide enough refreshments.
