We are proud to introduce the Mitzvah Market, a reimagined evolution of our beloved Mitzvah Day tradition, now structured as a commitment to our community. This unique market allows you to "shop" for ways to engage in and support the greater Charlotte community, including an array of service projects and information on 13 programs within Shalom Park. 

Join us in the sanctuary at 9:00am as we gather as one community for a special T’filah service.  Afterward, religious school students will have special activities while adults will enjoy bagels and coffee while learning about different volunteer opportunities and participating in mitzvah projects. You are welcome to join us at any time between 9:00am and 11:00am. In addition, we will be collecting canned goods to support Jewish Family Services. The need is greater than ever so please help make sure that our community is cared for. 

The Mitzvah Market is partially funded by a grant from the Lenora Stein Fund for Community Creative Learning. The grant was awarded to support Temple Beth El's "Living Jewish Values Initiative," designed to help children and families see community service as a powerful expression of their Jewish identity.
