Join Frank Dominguez, General Manager and Content Director of WDAV Classical Music as he presents a lively program on Latin, Cuban and Sephardic music.  Mr. Dominguez is the host of Concierto, produced by WDAV Classical Public Radio, America's first nationally distributed bilingual (Spanish-English) classical music program that calls special attention to the contributions to the art form by Latin-American and Spanish composers and performers.
