Join us at 7:00 pm at Temple Beth El on six successive Tuesday evenings beginning January 29, 2019 for the 22th Comparative Religion Series, Spirituality: How Do You Connect With Your Higher Power? This annual Series is provided at no cost to the public by the Temple Beth El Comparative Religion Committee. We are grateful for the Ted and M.E. Hessberg Endowment which supports Community Outreach programs. The annual Comparative Religion Series was established with the intent to educate our community, promote understanding and respect for all faiths, and reveal the commonalities in our differences.

Leaders of different belief communities will share how prayer, meditation, ritual, music, and other modalities help people to connect with deeper meaning in their lives or relate to a Higher Power. The speakers will share the spiritual practices that are most personally meaningful and explain how spiritual practices, liturgy, and traditions developed in their community. The following topics may be discussed by the guest speakers as they relate to individuals' search for meaning and personal connection with a higher purpose, higher reality, or higher power.
