You read the news in late May, and watched protests erupt around the country. Perhaps you participated in our “Beyond Thoughts and Prayers” gathering mid-June or read one of the six books as part of our racial justice book discussion series. Maybe you’ve attended one of the Jewish Federation’s racial justice learning opportunities through the Jewish Community Relations Council. Or perhaps you have not been able to attend any of these gatherings. Join us for an hour to check in and process together – a chance to connect, as a group and in smaller breakouts, around where we have come and where we might go next. In advance, please think about one thing you have appreciated, one thing you have noticed, and/or one thing you are wondering about, either as a result of an event you have attended, or in general as a result of experiencing the last few months.
