This class will focus on the skills needed to accurately sound out Hebrew texts, while also providing students with a basic vocabulary of frequently used words in the siddur (prayer book). The primary purpose of the class is to help adults acquire or reclaim the fundamental building blocks of the Hebrew language. We hope this class will increase your comfort participating in worship services. For those who are interested, this class is the first component of becoming Anshei Mitzvah (Adult B’nei Mitzvah) at Temple Beth El.
Tuition is $136/student for TBE members and $160/student for non-members – tuition includes materials
